Floor Plan - General Filing
In the 'File' area, general settings for the file are made:
Tray number: In the field under 'Tray' enter the number under which the tray is to be saved. A comment can also be entered. If a sheet template is used for the filing, the plan number is entered here instead of the filing number, and the sheet info can be entered in the comment field.
The comment or plan info field has a special feature. If you enter the password %Planinfo% here, the program inserts an automatic plan info at this point, which gives information about the stored building objects. The password can be combined with fixed text entries.
With the 'File' button, the file or the finished plan with the current settings is then saved.
Tray for: This allows you to set whether the tray should be made for 'DXF' (version 14 or 2000), the 'classic plan program' or 'plan'. In addition, there is the combined shelf for Plan+DXF.
Plan template: If you have selected the storage for 'Plan' or a combination of Plan+DXF, you can select a plan template here. Then no plan file is created, but a finished plan. The bin(s) are automatically inserted into the blank windows of the sheet template. When a plan is full, the next plan is automatically created.
Round up scale: As soon as you have selected a plan template in the field above, you can enter the rounding for the scale with which the shelves are automatically inserted in the windows. There are two options available:
Value: With value, you enter the step size to which the scale should be rounded. Example: A value of 5 results in scales of 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. The program takes the next appropriate value for each tray.
Fixed value: Fixed value is used to specify a fixed scale with which each discard should be included on the board.
Output unit for DXF: For the DXF tray, an output unit must be set here so that the dimension is generated in the desired unit.
Text height for DXF: For the DXF storage, the text height must be set here, so that the label and dimension have the desired size after setting the scale in the drawing program.
