Material Lists
In this area, the material lists, the associated filing documents and the generation of measurement lines from material lists are managed.
In the tree element, the list type, list number and the list name (comment) are displayed for each list. The symbol in front of the list shows the status of the measurement lines. New lists can be created here, existing ones can be opened for editing, output or deleted. The pretext and posttext functions can be used to edit the pre- and post-text of the current list.
The list number and name are edited in the Info function.
A main item should be entered for each list. Manually entered rows in the lists are assigned to this. This is the only way to clearly assign any measurement values from these material lines. For this reason, the main item is queried for a manually created new list.
The date when the measurement lines from this list were updated is displayed below the tree.
If the symbol in front of the list is a white square, there are no measurement lines for this list.
If the square is blue, the measurement lines are up-to-date.
If it is red, the list has been changed after the measurement lines have been updated. Measurement lines are not automatically updated so that no unwanted operations are triggered, especially since not all lists require measurement.
Between the material lists and the measurement lines there are two function buttons for managing the measurement lines from material lists. With the function 'Update measurement lines' (arrow to the right) the measurement lines are updated, with 'Delete measurement lines' (delete button) all measurement lines of this list are deleted.
The level below the lists lists the filing documents that were created from this list. They can be identified by document number, date and comment. The filing documents can be called up for editing or deleted here.
Pre- and post-text
In these dialogs, a pre- or post-text for the list can be entered. These are optionally stored with the output.
In these texts, line breaks should be set with the return key, because only these can be counted as lines by the program. If a text that is too long is automatically wrapped later, the page break may be postponed.
For the pretext and posttext, a standard text can be saved using the 'Save Standard' function. With 'Load Standard', the default text is adopted.
