These two menus contain the entries for window and door openings. The entries in both menus are essentially the same, but the openings have different identifiers for windows and doors.

For the window and door openings, organizational identifiers are first assigned, the geometry of the opening is determined and then the opening is placed in the ground using various options.

In all sub-dialog boxes for entering openings, you can switch between a preview and a reference image on the right side. The dimensions of the actual window (shell opening minus air space) are also displayed below this preview or reference image.
