Edit Material Lists
The table displays the values of the list entries according to the list settings. The individual values can be changed here, whereby they have special properties according to their meaning.
Edits: The first column cannot be edited. It indicates by an icon that edits for the measurement are attached to the components of these lines. If the icon is visible here, the existing edits can be checked with the function 'Extras - Edits'.
Line number: The line number is assigned automatically and is only used for an overview. The line number on the screen may be different from the one in the printout, as other lines may be selected or combined.
Package: The package number of the components of this line can be displayed and changed.
Building element: Here, every row, even a manually entered one, can be assigned to a building element (e.g. wall or roof surface). To do this, select the building element in the tree and confirm it with OK.
Count: The number of components in this row is specified.
Wood list / raw body number: This number is assigned during sorting and does not take into account any processing, but only the dimensions of the raw body. In the case of the wood list, these are width, height and length.
Sequence number: This number is assigned during sorting and also takes into account machine processing.
Identification number: The identification number can be assigned freely or taken from the component catalog. If it is copied from the component catalog, the identification designation, order number, weight, etc. are also automatically copied. Identification numbers can also be entered that are not available in the component catalog. This can be used for rarely used identification numbers for which you do not want to add the master data. It must be noted that no other values from the component catalog can be taken over and so these entries remain empty or in the old state.
Identification designation: The identification designation can be freely assigned or taken from the component catalog via the identification number.
Bar type: A number can be entered for the bar type or taken from a list. Only existing rod types can be used. The rod type first automatically sets the designation: e.g. 111 -> rafters. However, the name can be changed independently afterwards. The type of rod is decisive for the measurement values according to the type of rod. The designation does not play a role there. The measurement values are determined for each rod type number.
Designation: The designation can be entered freely or taken from the designation list. For this purpose, the line number of the row can also be entered in the label list. After confirmation, this will be replaced with the actual name.
Order number: In timber lists, the order number is usually the cutting class. The order number is usually taken over from the component catalog via the identification number. However, it can also be entered in each line or assigned via the ordering system.
Width, Height, Length: Here the dimensions of the component are entered, according to the units set.
Weight/cover, reference weight: The weight per unit of a component is usually taken from the component catalog via the identification number. The setting of the rounding (minimum, medium or maximum weight value) is only taken into account when the list is read for the first time. After that, only the weights according to this setting are available.
Unit, price/unit: unit of account and the price can be specified here. The prize is usually awarded more easily via the ordering system.
Delivery location: It can be set whether the component is to be delivered to the workshop or to the assembly department. When issuing lists, you can select according to this criterion.
Reference type: It is possible to set whether the component is order-made or stocked. When issuing lists, you can select according to this criterion.
