The Sheathing Notch

A notched cut for the sheathing can be produced at the rafter's eaves end. The values used to create the sheathing notch can be viewed and modified using the switch at the right end of the field.

Rafters with an applied shortening are also taken into account in the calculation if they would otherwise terminate at an eaves without shortening.
