Dormer Framework
There is a dedicated structural input for dormers within the dormer model area. Of course, the dormer structure can also be entered via the regular roof structure input, but the dormer structure has a particular advantage. If the dormer alignment is changed, the dormer structure automatically adapts to the new conditions. The dormer structure is also saved in the template when a dormer is stored as a template. When creating a new dormer using this template, you only need to enter the new alignment data and place the dormer onto the main roof. The dormer structure adjusts immediately and the dormer is complete.
As soon as a dormer with structural elements is placed on a main roof, all structural data for the dormer are saved. If a dormer is saved as a template, that template also contains all structural data, including the dimensions of the tenons.
In addition, all entries of a dialog box can be saved within that same dialog box. For this purpose, the disk icon is available as usual. Next to it is the icon for management, through which settings can be applied, deleted, grouped, and sorted. Data exchange is also available there. More information about saving and managing data can be found in the chapter "Save Settings" in the "General Help" manual.
