Recalculate Tiles

Using the "Battens/Tiles - Recalculate" function, the batten and tile layout and/or the counter-battens are recalculated for a specified selection of roof surfaces. The need for separate calculation arises from dependencies in the construction: the tiles determine the final size of the roof surface; the rafters are then oriented to these. Therefore, counter-battens can only be calculated after the rafters have been entered. However, when calculating the counter-battens, the tiles and the standard battens should not be recalculated as well.

The recalculation can be performed for one or multiple roof surfaces simultaneously. The following function calls are available for this purpose:

All roof surfaces: All roof surfaces of the current building are selected.

Building contour: All roof surfaces of the subsequently selected building outlines will be recalculated.

Roof surfaces: Afterwards, the desired roof surfaces can be selected individually. In this case, multiple surfaces can also be recalculated simultaneously.
