Roof Elements - Field Oblique Rafters
The configuration of the field-lean-to rafters is similar to the distribution function from the standard rafter input.
The "button" at the top is not a button, but a rocker. If you click it at the right end, the program advances to the next input; if you click it at the left end, the program goes back. This is clearly indicated by the label in the middle. There you can see which field-lean-to rafter entry number you are currently viewing out of the total. This also allows you to define field-lean-to rafters for different layers.
In the next field you again select a lean-to rafter setting (as with individual rafters). This defines all dimensions and connections for the field-lean-to rafter. Here too, the setting can be changed arbitrarily via the browser button. If the setting then no longer matches the saved setting from the standard lean-to rafter input, the name of the setting is written in parentheses.
In the next four fields you can set fixed distances to the layer edges of the element boundaries. The first field-lean-to rafter will be located at this position. Using the checkboxes to the right of the input fields, however, you can determine whether a lean-to rafter should be generated at this position or not. For example, if you want an even distribution between the individual rafters at the element edges, you enter the individual rafter width for top and bottom here and disable the generation of rafters (the first and last field-lean-to rafters) here.
With the next fields you determine the subdivision of the element with the field-lean-to rafters. This can be done either with a fixed spacing or with a variable spacing.
