With the selection list at the top of the dialog box you can choose existing settings. Using the disk icon you can save the current setting under the same name or a new name. Via the management icon you can create new settings, also by adopting existing settings, or modify or delete existing settings. See 'Save settings' in the 'General Help' manual.
Window sill outside / inside:
Window sill, outside / inside: In this field you select an identification number for the exterior window sill. If you choose a profile bar here, the window sill will also be created with that profile. In this case the next field for the thickness is deactivated because the thickness is determined by the profile.
Thickness: Thickness of the window sill. If a profile bar was selected above, its thickness is applied and this field is deactivated.
Clearance to construction: This is the clearance, measured in the depth of the wall, between the opening construction and the window sill. If no profile bar was selected as the material for the window sill, the width of the window sill is determined by the clearance to the construction and the overhang (see below).
Clearance to rough opening: This is the clearance between the lower edge of the window sill and the lower edge of the rough opening.
Overhang: The overhang determines how far the window sill projects out of the wall. This dimension is measured perpendicular to the wall. If no profile bar was chosen for the window sill, the width of the window sill is determined by the clearance to the construction and the overhang.
Side extension: With this value you can extend the window sill laterally beyond the rough opening.
Reveal boards outside / inside:
Reveal boards outside: In this field you select an identification number for the exterior reveal boards. If you choose a profile bar here, the reveal board will also be created with that profile. In this case the field for the thickness below is deactivated because the thickness is determined by the profile.
Runs through: With this option you determine that the reveal boards or the window sills run through at the top and/or bottom.
Extension at bottom: The reveal boards are cut exactly at the top of the window sill when the extension value is 0.000. With profiled window sills the reveal boards are cut at the highest point of the window sill. With the extension you can lengthen the reveal boards (positive value) or shorten them (negative value).
Cut angle at bottom: Without a cut angle the reveal boards are cut horizontally at the bottom. With the cut angle you can also achieve angled cuts, for example parallel to a profiled window sill.
Thickness: Thickness of the reveal boards. If a thickness is provided via the identification number, for example via a profiled window sill, this field is deactivated.
Clearance to construction: This is the clearance, measured in the depth of the wall, between the opening construction and the reveal board. If no profile bar was selected as the material for the reveal board, the width of the reveal board is determined by the clearance to the construction and the overhang (see below).
Clearance to rough opening: This is the lateral clearance between the reveal board and the lateral edge of the rough opening.
Overhang: The overhang determines how far the reveal board projects out of the wall. This dimension is measured perpendicular to the wall. If no profile bar was chosen for the reveal board, the width of the reveal board is determined by the clearance to the construction and the overhang.
