Formwork and Sheathing - Assign

Assigning means that an occupation is allocated to the roof surfaces; it is then calculated. First, the occupation is selected; from the drop-down list one of the occupations defined under 'Settings' (Formwork and paneling - Settings - Manage settings) can be chosen. The browse button to the right allows you to inspect the contents of the setting. If changes are made here, they apply only to the next occupation; they are not saved in the master data.

Below that, the position to which this occupation should be assigned is selected. The components of the formwork and paneling later automatically belong to the level with the number of the position.

If components of formwork and paneling are already present in the affected position, they are deleted first.

Assignments can be made to one or to multiple roof surfaces simultaneously. The following function calls are available for this purpose:

All roof surfaces: All roof surfaces of the current building are selected.

Building contour: All roof surfaces of the subsequently selected building contours are assigned.

Roof surfaces: Afterwards, the desired roof surfaces can be selected individually. Multiple surfaces can also be assigned simultaneously.

The definitions of formwork and paneling that are located in a roof surface can be checked via the roof-surface execution. For this, the first column in the roof-surface execution is switched from 'Texture > B' to 'Occupation > T'. The occupations are then displayed in that column; the browse button next to it allows you to display, verify, and, if necessary, adjust the occupation.
