Settings - Manage

Clicking the middle icon to the right of the setting name opens the "Manage Settings" dialog box. This is a very powerful feature with many options.

The left part of the dialog box displays the same tree (or list) of all settings as in the settings selection. Below it is the comment field, initially empty, where you can enter the comment for each setting. To the right, an image is shown or the parameters of the setting are displayed. You can switch between both views using the controls beneath the image. If the "Image" view is selected and no image is attached to the current setting, the parameters are displayed automatically.

From the settings manager you can create new settings, edit existing settings, or delete them. In the first three cases the dialog box from which the manager was invoked is opened again.

The "Apply" button copies the current setting and assigns the copy a new name that you enter there. This allows you to quickly create a new setting from an existing one and then modify it as needed.

Using the "alphabet." button and the arrow keys you can sort the settings in the list either alphabetically or manually.
