Creating Drawing Section Library Objects

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Draw the object you want to save to the library

   • Create all components with appropriate properties

   • Set correct layers, line types, and colors

2. Access the library function:

   • Navigate to 1 File → 5 Libraries → 1 Object

3. Create a folder for your objects:

   1. 

4. Create the library object:

   • Click the lower "new" button to create a new drawing section

   • Select the components to be saved in the library

   • Click the right mouse button to end selection

   • Name the library object descriptively (e.g., "7 inch 45 degree 26 inches out of corner")

5. Save and exit:

   • Click the "Quit" button to complete the process
