Load Working Environment

This function exists solely to load an existing workspace as quickly as possible. The function displays a list of all workspaces. One selects the desired workspace and clicks "Load." The workspace is then loaded into the system, thereby replacing the settings and, if applicable, the icons that had been externalized to the workspace.
