# Objective of the document
These training pages show how to connect and work with point clouds in Dietrich's. An example of an e57 file in reduced resolution is used to simplify the work and learning steps.
The points cloud for the training can be downloaded from the following link.

The point cloud is in the packed ZIP file that needs to be unzipped.
The document also covers the requirements for the point cloud as well as recommendations for the storage location and the hardware used.
In the learning steps, connecting, moving (transforming) and working with the point cloud and the resulting orthophotos are shown.
Finally, the results follow in the form of plans with orthophotos and images from the construction in combination with the point cloud.
