# Bestand exakt erfassen – ein Kundenprojekt zeigt die Stärken des Punktewolken-Add-ons

Die Firma eazyhaus stellt diesen Erfahrungsbericht zur Verfügung, um zu zeigen, wie mit Hilfe modernster Vermessungstechnik und dem Punktewolken-Add-on in Dietrich's ein konkretes Kundenprojekt effizient und präzise umgesetzt wurde.

In einem Raum mit besonders hohen Decken wünschte der Kunde eine Zwischenebene, auf der ein Bett (1,4 m × 2 m) Platz finden sollte – inklusive Zugang über eine Treppe. Dabei war zunächst unklar, ob dies überhaupt realisierbar ist: Reicht die Fläche? Ist genug Kopffreiheit vorhanden? Kann die Konstruktion exakt an die vorhandene Geometrie angepasst werden?

Dank der Verwendung einer **E57-Datei (Punktewolke)** und der leistungsfähigen Werkzeuge im **DICAM-Modul** konnte diese Herausforderung nicht nur gelöst, sondern auch besonders effizient geplant und umgesetzt werden.
