Wall Plan - Display / Labeling

Calculate hidden lines: With this switch, the hidden lines of the wall components can be calculated. These hidden lines will then no longer be displayed on the plan.

Display hidden lines: If the hidden lines have been calculated, they can be made visible again with this switch. However, they are placed on their own layer and receive the line type 'dashed'.

Wall body in views 1 and 2: The outermost contour of the wall and the contour lines of the openings are displayed on the plan.

Show wall modifications: The drillings in the walls (wall bodies) can be shown.

Display opening types: In the opening, the jamb types are represented with the customary triangles.

Show prestress direction / visible side: With this option, a symbol can be enabled for each slab that indicates both the prestress direction of the slab and the visible side and the slab's centroid.

The arrow indicates the prestress direction (= X-axis) of the slab. The circle with the dot indicates that the front side of the slab is visible. Since the symbol with the dot is inserted at the centroid of the slab, the centroid is thereby also marked.

The arrow indicates the prestress direction (= X-axis) of the slab. The circle with the cross indicates that the back side of the slab is visible. Since the symbol with the intersection of the lines is inserted at the centroid of the slab, the centroid is thereby also marked.

Floor plan overview: To know which wall is shown on the plan, a floor plan overview can be enabled. The wall shown on the plan is highlighted there by color and the displayed viewing direction is indicated.

Insert drawing elements in views 1 and 2: The drawing elements that are visible on the screen at the time the plan is generated are displayed on the wall plan in views 1 and 2.

Insert drawing elements in the individual views: The drawing elements that are visible on the screen at the time the plan is generated are displayed on the wall plan in the individual views.

Terminal and cut adjoining walls in horizontal section areas: With this switch, it can be set that the components of walls that connect to the current wall are also displayed. The switch applies only to walls that butt against the current wall (T-joint) or are cut from the current wall at a corner. The size of the displayed portions of the adjoining walls is determined by the area in front of and behind the current wall from the function 'File - Settings -- Screen elements' in the model area 'Wall construction'.

Butting and cutting adjoining walls in horizontal section areas: With this switch, it can be set that the components of walls that connect to the current wall are also displayed. The switch applies only to walls that are butted by the current wall (T-joint) or that cut the current wall at a corner. The size of the displayed portions of the adjoining walls is determined by the area in front of and behind the current wall from the function 'File - Settings -- Screen elements' in the model area 'Wall construction'.

Window labeling: Here you select the labeling setting that you previously saved and with which the windows should be labeled.

Door labeling: Here you select the labeling setting that you previously saved and with which the doors should be labeled.

Text style for labels: For the labels in the wall plan a text style can be selected. In the window and door labeling a text style can also be chosen, which will then take precedence for these opening labels.

Text style for text box: A text style can be selected for the text field in the wall plan.

Display wall sections: Below and to the right of the wall view, a horizontal and/or vertical section through the wall construction can be displayed. The section height corresponds to the set height in the model area Wall construction.

Display section areas: In the menu 'Views, Sections' in the model area 'Wall construction' vertical and horizontal section areas can be defined. These can also be displayed in the wall plan. Optionally, these can be only the horizontal, only the vertical, or both section areas.

Components visible in the sections: In the sections and section areas, either all groups of components can be displayed or only the groups that were also enabled in the respective view.

Adjoining walls in horizontal section areas: This setting determines the color of the displayed components of the adjoining walls in the section areas. With the 'single color' option, the components of the adjoining walls are displayed in gray; with the 'use own color' option, the components are displayed in their respective colors.

Wall labeling of adjoining walls: If the adjoining walls are to be displayed (see previous field), an additional labeling of these adjoining walls can be enabled here.

Size of floor plan overview: In the left area of the dialog box a floor plan overview can be enabled. Here you can set the size of this floor plan overview. The size is given in absolute measures. Example: 1 m corresponds to a floor plan that is 1 m long or wide in reality. It is then depicted on the plan at the same scale as the wall.

Distance of the section areas: With this value the distance of the section areas to the right of and below the main view can be set.

Representation in a drawing: If you have entered element joints in a wall, this setting allows you to specify whether the entire wall should be displayed in one plan or each element individually. With the 'single element' option, each element is then displayed on the plan as an independent wall.
