Masonry Plan - Display Labeling
Using the switches in the upper left, various plan elements can be turned on and off. In addition, settings for intersection and dimensioning are made:
View from the back: If the checkbox is selected, the walls are displayed opposite the viewing direction.
Display purlins: If this option is enabled, the purlins are shown on the plan. This makes it easier to identify the openings created by the purlins (see above) and the clearance between purlin and wall.
Drawing elements: The auxiliary geometry (drawing elements) of the wall (from wall construction) is displayed.
Floor plan overview: In addition to the displayed wall, a small floor plan overview is inserted that indicates which wall is shown on the plan.
Window labeling: Here you select the labeling setting that you previously saved and with which the windows should be labeled.
Door labeling: Here you select the labeling setting that you previously saved and with which the doors should be labeled.
Measurement units: In this field you choose the setting for the units of measurement that should be used for the labels. This setting does not affect the dimension chains. Their unit is set by the dimension style.
Cutout for skewed components: For skewed components (for example a skewed purlin penetrating a gable wall) you can choose whether the opening should be created straight or skewed. A straight opening will be sized so that the skewed component including clearance fits into the opening.
Clearance below/aside/above the studs / purlins: For the intersection of the studs with the wall, the clearance (= distance between stud and wall) can be entered here. For base purlins and other purlins, a separate value for the clearance below the purlin can be specified.
Distance of chalk line to wall edges: Here the distance of the chalk line to the slanted wall edge is entered.
Minimum wall width beside purlins/above the stud: When intersecting the studs with the wall, it is checked whether the wall segment remaining beside or above the stud is narrower or wider than this value. If the wall segment is narrower, it will be deleted; otherwise it will remain. See above.
Size of floor plan overview: The size of the floor plan overview enabled above can be adjusted here.
