Roof Cover Plan - Display / Labeling

Show point coordinates: The coordinates can be displayed for each endpoint of a roof-surface line. The X, Y and Z coordinates can be toggled individually. Lines that are shorter than the minimum line length are not considered.

Display battens: If the checkbox is set, the top edges of the battens are displayed, provided battens were entered.

Display tiles: If tiles were entered, these can be displayed on the plan. The side and bottom edge of each tile are drawn.

Display chimney: This toggle allows the chimney itself to be displayed; otherwise only the opening in the roof surface is visible.

Drawing elements: The auxiliary geometry that was entered or imported in the roof structure is displayed in the roof-surface plan.

Show roof surface number: Each roof surface can be labeled. One element of this labeling is the roof surface number. When each roof surface is displayed individually, the number appears in the text field.

Show roof line number: Each roof line has a unique number. This option enables line numbers, for example to simplify assignment to the measurement list.

Show roof surface size: The size of the roof surface can be displayed in the label of each roof surface. The surface size consists of the area of the displayed layer minus the openings that are greater than or equal to the minimum deduction area. When each roof surface is displayed individually, the roof surface size appears in the text field.

Show opening area size: The label can display the sum of all openings of the displayed layer that are greater than or equal to the minimum deduction area. When each roof surface is displayed individually, the opening area size appears in the text field.

Show area-region size: If this option is enabled and an option for displaying the area regions has been selected below, the size of the area regions will be displayed on the roof-surface plan.

Show roof pitch: The roof pitch is displayed in the label of each roof surface. When each roof surface is displayed individually, the roof pitch appears in the text field.

[]{#LineLength .anchor}Show line lengths: The true length of the roof lines can be displayed. Lines that are shorter than the minimum line length are not considered.

Plan to be displayed: A storey from the current position or the building outline can be selected.

Measurement units: In this field you select the unit setting to be used for the labels. This setting has no effect on dimension chains. Their unit is determined by the dimension style.

Text style for labels: A text style can be selected for all labels in the roof-surface plan.

Text style for text box: A text style can be selected for the text field in the roof-surface plan.

Representation in a drawing: On a drawing, the entire roof can be shown in plan view or an individual surface can be shown in true size.

layer contour to be displayed: This list toggles the layer contour to be displayed on the plan. Only one layer can be enabled.

Display roof surface areas: If area regions (function 'Canopy areas') were calculated in the model area 'Roof determination', you can set here which areas should be displayed.

Minimum line length: The minimum line length for labeling line lengths and point coordinates can be set here.

Minimum deduction area: Openings that are smaller than the minimum deduction area are measured as-is. Larger openings are deducted from the roof surface size and indicated as opening area.
