# Dachhautplan - Bemaßung

**Hauskante vermaßen**: Diese Maßkette wird nur erzeugt, wenn das gesamte Dach in einer Zeichnung dargestellt wird. Die Maßkette vermaßt die Länge der Außenwände oder Konturlinien.

**Trauf- Ortganglängen im Grund vermaßen**: Diese Maßkette wird nur erzeugt, wenn das gesamte Dach in einer Zeichnung dargestellt wird. Die Maßkette vermaßt die Länge der Trauf- und Ortganglinien.

**Dachüberstand vermaßen**: Diese Maßkette wird nur erzeugt, wenn das gesamte Dach in einer Zeichnung dargestellt wird. Sie vermaßt den Dachüberstand an jeder Hauskante.

**Bezugslinie Hauskantenvermaßung**: Für die Bemaßung kann eine Bezugslinie eingestellt werden. Zur Auswahl stehen die Wandaußenkante, die Referenzachse oder die Hauskontur, wobei die Wandaußenkante und die Referenzachse nur dann zur Verfügung stehen, wenn man einen Grundriss im Plan darstellt.

**Bemaßungsstil**: Hier kann der Bemaßungsstil gewählt werden, mit dem die Maßketten im Plan erzeugt werden sollen. Wählt man hier keinen Bemaßungsstil, wird der Bemaßungsstil aus der Planvorlage verwendet.

> **Bemaßungsfaktor:** Mit dem Bemaßungsfaktor kann man die Abstände der Maßketten beeinflussen. Der eingegebene Wert ist nur ein Faktor, mit dem die Standardabstände multipliziert werden. In der Regel überschreiben sich auch bei einem Faktor von 1 (hat keine Auswirkung) keine Maßketten. Aus optischen Gründen will aber der eine oder andere Anwender größere Abstände. In diesem Fall erhöht man den Faktor etwas (z.B. auf 1,5).
