Wall Machines

The post-processor for wall stations automatically determines the necessary nail rows, exclusion zones, and saw or milling contours for walls, windows, and doors.

Various settings allow influencing the calculation and transfer of the machining operations. After selecting a wall in the list at the top left, the calculation of the operations is automatically triggered and the transfer can be performed.

The calculation of the machining operations takes into account various settings:

• Minimum distances of nails to panel and stud edges

• Offset of overlapping nail rows in horizontal and vertical directions

• A width and extension of the exclusion zones

• Undercutting or overlapping of the saw cuts

• Optionally transfer the walls in or against the viewing direction

• Nail double thresholds / frames or not
