# Automatic Post Shift

After generating the thresholds and frames, the corner posts are created first, followed by the opening posts and finally the divider posts and field posts. Depending on the situation, a divider or field post may collide with a corner or opening post.

In such a case, since version 17.01 the divider posts are automatically shifted. If more than 0.01 m of the cross-section lies outside the impacted component (corner post, opening post), the divider post is created and shifted so that no collision remains. This prevents exposed panel joints.

Since version 19.02 the same automatic shifting is also applied to the field posts.
