# Modify Configurations

## Modify -- Roof surface execution

This function allows the roof surface execution of a roof area to be changed. The roof area is selected with the mouse at the centering polygon.

A different execution can be selected from the master data, or the existing execution can be changed directly on the roof area. All settings available in the dialog box 'Roof centering -- Roof surface execution' are provided for this purpose.

The roof is then re-centered because the changed execution may also alter the appearance of the roof panels.

## Modify -- Line execution

This function allows the line execution of a roof area to be changed.

After selecting the function, the program asks whether the edge profiles should be preserved. This is relevant if you want to keep the shape of a roof edge but change the name of the existing line execution (for example, for measurement). In that case, answer 'Yes'. If you then assign a different execution to a line, the panels at that roof line retain their offsets, but the line is assigned a different execution.

The roof line is selected with the mouse at the centering polygon.

A different execution can be selected from the master data, or the existing execution can be changed directly on the roof line. All settings available in the dialog box 'Roof centering -- Line execution' are provided for this purpose.

The roof is then re-centered because the changed execution may also alter the appearance of the roof panels.
