# Roof Assistant - Purlins

In the dialog box area for purlins, select the settings for all purlins. In the first two drop-down lists you can access the settings from the 'Purlins from Profile' dialog box. The first drop-down list generates only the "standard" purlins (wallplate, intermediate purlin, ridge purlin) from the respective profile. With the second drop-down list you can, if applicable, also adopt the coupling purlins from the profiles.

The next two drop-down lists display the settings from the 'Ridge Purlins' dialog box. Here you select the setting for the ridge purlin that should be generated with the pre-processing file.

The largest block of drop-down lists is for wallplates and intermediate purlins. Here the program accesses the stored settings for the wallplates and intermediate purlins.
