# Views

In the 'Views' dialog, the views for the assembly can be defined. They are therefore used only when the composite element is defined as an assembly in the 'Information' dialog.

The views are defined here in the same way as in general assemblies, but formulas can also be specified for the coordinates. For a more detailed description of the views, please refer to the general program documentation.

These coordinates are defined in the assembly coordinate system:

* Therefore, formulas are usually not required here. In addition, the supplied settings can be used to obtain the standard views (front, top, etc.).
* Coordinates of probe points or probe bodies cannot be used directly here. They must be converted to the coordinate system of the assembly.
