The construction data program is used to manage and process a wide range of information about projects: project workflow, measurements, material lists.

Master data maintenance

The construction data program also manages master data: addresses, component catalog, tile data.

Construction data program, project management and design programs

The construction data program can be started in parallel and independently of the project management system and the design programs. It can even reside in other projects, allowing access to project information, addresses and master data at any time without interrupting the processing of the current item.

When the construction data program is started in a project for the first time, a project database is created. The client and the construction project can be entered in the project management system when the project is created. However, once a project database has been created, the construction data program takes over management of this information and it becomes locked in the project management system. They can then only be changed in the construction data program, unless the project database is deleted again.
