# Delete dimension chains

The following functions are available for deleting dimension chains:

**Single:**

Using the function 'Single (Delete Dimension)' you can delete a single dimension from a dimension chain. To do so, click the dimension extension line of the dimension you wish to delete.

**Entire chain:**

Using the function 'Entire Chain (Delete Dimension)', the entire dimension chain that you click with the mouse will be deleted.

**All:**

The function 'All (Delete Dimension)' deletes all dimension chains in the viewport that you select with the mouse.
