Edit Rows

This menu contains the functions for row-wise editing, i.e., edits that affect entire rows.

Paste: inserts a new, empty row at the current cursor position.

Remove: removes the current row or all selected rows.

Select: Here a selection of row numbers can be specified to be selected. Individual rows or ranges (from - to) can be indicated. These may also be mixed and separated by semicolons: '2-5;7' selects rows 2 through 5 and row 7.

Sort: With this dialog box the order of the rows in the table can be changed. Multiple criteria can be considered in defined priority. For example, if width has priority 1 and height has priority 2, sorting is performed first by width and then within each width by height.

Criteria with priority 0 are not considered. The simplest method to include a criterion in the order is to click the term. The priority is then set automatically. Clicking the term again removes it from the sort. In addition, the priority can also be entered manually. Affected priorities are renumbered automatically. The switch on the right indicates whether sorting by this criterion should be ascending or descending. Clicking it toggles the order.

Delete edits: The machine edits for all selected rows will be deleted. From these rows no edits can then be read out for the measurement.
