Edit Columns

This menu contains the functions to modify the columns according to their specific properties. The modification affects the corresponding columns of all selected rows.

Quantity: The entered factor will multiply the quantities in all selected rows.

Width, height, length: In the dialog a new value, an additional surcharge and a rounding can be entered for these values. If a new value is entered, all affected entries will be changed to that value. The surcharge will be added to all entries. Finally, all affected entries will be rounded according to the specified rounding.

Ident number: A new identifier number can be assigned. The component catalog can also be accessed via the button for this purpose.

Order number: A new order number can be assigned. The input is not compared with the data in the component catalog.

Designation: A new designation can be assigned. Existing designations will be changed. Terms from the designation list can also be adopted. The member type is not adjusted by this, which may affect measured values.

Description, Title: A new description can be assigned. Terms from the designation list can also be adopted.

Price: A new price can be assigned. The input is not compared with the data in the component catalog.

Delivery location: The delivery location (workshop, assembly) can be changed in the selected rows.

Source type: The procurement type (stock item, ordered item) can be changed in the selected rows.

Swap cross-section values: In the selected rows the cross-section values, i.e. the values for height and width, will be swapped.
