Image Output
With the image output function it is possible to print the control images on paper for each measured quantity. The button only becomes active when the tree element above it is marked on a measured total or an individual measured line. The output is then produced for all images of that measured total.
The dialog box displays the output path and filename for the file; the last 2 characters of the filename can be specified as a document number.
Comment: The comment that can be entered here appears at the beginning of the first page. In addition, it is included in the list of documents and allows the document to be found more easily.
Document template: A document template must be selected for the output; output without a document template is not possible. These are standard WinWord documents that can be customized. They are located in the DHP system directory 'dhpdot', in the subdirectory corresponding to the language (GER), in the subdirectory corresponding to the WinWord version (Ww2000), and there in the DhpPic subdirectory. The installed WinWord version is detected automatically when saving. The WinWord document must contain a specific macro. To create your own documents, it is best to copy a document supplied by Dietrichs AG and make the desired adjustments.
Page setup: Here you can make the same settings as for other list outputs. These relate in particular to page margins and fonts. However, only the RTF format 'Full-featured' should be used here.
Number of images / page: The desired number of images per output page can be selected. Since 2 images are always written into one image row, only even numbers make sense. The program adjusts the size of the images so that the desired number of images fits on one page.
